Are you ready for what you’ve prayed for?
Are you ready for when what you’ve been praying for shows up? Another way of saying this is how will you execute your vision?
Friends, I had an incredible vision for starting and running my esthetics school, and I praise God every day for its success. But I can tell you that vision alone is not enough if you lack the ability to execute what you see.
Guess what? It may not be meant for you to do it all alone.
That’s where Leadership comes in. As a visionary and leader, you need to ask others to help you execute your vision.
Your vision should not just be for you but flow through you. Your vision should be an answer to a need. So needing others to help you should be expected. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Plan as much as possible. Write your vision down. I prefer using pen and paper. Something physiologically happens when you write on paper (vs typing).
“Many hands make light work,” is a phrase my Pastor often references when asking people to help. If you can get enough people to help you execute your vision, it will help alleviate burnout.
What areas if any are you struggling with in executing your vision?
